We have a trained tendency to think “the right way” is necessarily the hard way. This isn’t always true. “Cutting corners”, an action that’s synonymous with doing a shoddy job, is a perfectly acceptable strategy when the desired outcome doesn’t care that you adhered to the sidewalk.

Sometimes "the right way" is the easy way.

It gets results faster and more efficiently. It leaves you more energy to apply elsewhere. It’s the 20 Rule in action. It’s the basis of Low-Cost Trials.

Right Process ⇒ Right Results doesn’t mean “do things the hard way”, it means tailor the process to achieve the results desired.
