A “Super Flush” real thing that’s happened on a number of occasions, most reportedly at large sporting venues. The event involves getting hundreds-to-thousands of volunteers & workers to go to all the toilets around the stadium and quite literally flush all the toilets at once to stress-test the water pressure system. This is a great and evocative metaphor to be used for stress testing your systems before pushing them to production.
