Admit failure to begin success.

Beware the Sunk Cost Bias. A huge part of success is getting out of bad relationships. If the endeavor is going to be a failure, get out. It doesn’t matter how much you’ve given already.

🔑 If I wasn’t already involved in this project, how much would I give to be on it?

Admit failure to begin success.

Beware the Status Quo Bias. Example: When looking at budgets, apply Zero-Based Budgeting. You don’t carry over debts and commitments from previous periods. Start from zero. You have to choose to recommit. You are free to choose the best option, not the best option left.
